Getting interest on my money without getting me my product purchased

<p>30.12.2016 I went to Bradlows and saw a Hisence fridge/freezer combo on Sale for R6 999.99. I ask the sales lady if there where stock and she went to the manager who told her there where 8 in stock. I asked her to please keep on for me as I was waiting for my insurance money which I would have recieved that evening. In also told her that I am not in town that Saturday and asked her if they were open on Monday the 2nd which she rep**** yes to me. I sat in front of the store for half an hour, no one pithced. I took of work the 3rd of Jan 17 to go and pay for the fridge. They quiclky took my cash money and said they WILL find me a fridge even if it is from the supplier because now all of a sudden all 8 fridges were sold.</p> <p>I had to keep on phoning while they apperently kept on searching, JA well. ons the 12th of Jan 17 still nothing so I asked for my money back. Then they told me 7 to 14 working days? My Cash Money?? I must wait for 7 to 14 days??? Then they told me, after I had a fight with them ok 3 working days. Well still nothing has happend. I need to keep on phoning, they do not phone back and they dont want to give a number for their Head Office. This is absoloutly redicoules and I have been without a fridge now for more than a month.</p> <p>Dissapointment is not even in my vocabulary anymore, but Utter disgust is.</p> <p> </p>
