Genuine leather uppers grafton everest sofa tearin

I logged a complain about guinea leather uppers grafton everest which is getting teared now which I bought in april 214. Still under warranty.<br> They sent me this sms next day 29 Jan :<br> Your product complaint is logged with the JD Service Centre. Ticket number MO-GE-***6-22 Kind Regards Morkels Customer Care ***.<br> Today I went to follow up and only to find out they say its exclusion from warranty and will be on the customers quote.<br> When I bought it was told its genuine leather but the way its getting tearing its like ****. I have many leather uppers shoes and none of them get teared like this.<br> Was told by the store manager that they were gonna come take it for inspection but they never did and never called me to let me know. Only that sms I received till to date.<br> I am highly disappointed and want to settle my account and will never buy from them ever again.
