Genuine Leather Lies Store

In November 2018 I bought Roma 3 piece, 3 motion lounge suit for cash at Tzaneen branch in Limpopo. Barely 18 months the single sitter couch leather started to peel off as if it was 10 years old, we went to the branch to report it. They despatched a team to collect it and have it fixed, they only fixed the affected area which was the right arm rest side and returned it. In November 2020 the same couch together with the rest started peeling off and we went back to the branch to report, the manager logged a complaint and they collected the couches in January 2021. After few weeks we received a call from the manager informing us that he got a response which stated that they sofas will only be fixed if we paid R7000 since the warranty expired after 2 years. We asked if the quality of their couches only lasted for two years and he told us that there's nothing he can do. I'm so disappointed with this store as I supported them since 2005, I regret for ever opting them as a high quality store. They sell **** at higher cost and they should be ashamed, ****ed.
