<p>The given review tittle is the repair number of a couch I bought at Morkels. The couch has been with them for more than a month now.</p> <p>I am now very unhappy about how they have handled the whole matter. From the collection of the couch for repairs to logging it in for repairs. For a couch that was collected in early july to be logged in for repairs in August is quite interesting. That also happened because I called. I was told someone did not upload photos and repairs could not do anything until that was done.</p> <p>Now the agony of waiting continues again and I don't know if they would come back to me this time or I should start saving to call them again.</p> <p>Not happy at all and regretting having engaged into business with them.</p>
