Fustrated

I opened an account with Bradlows Jabulani mall on December 2020, there were lots of wrongs than rights .I eventually instructed Bradlows to collect stock from my house after endless emails and countless calls, they eventually collected the stock.My huge Delima is they refusing to close my account and continue to debt my account , The store says they have instructed the accounts department, accounts say nothing of that nature has taken place... I really dont know what to do ??????
