Further Debt

Hi On 02.03.2021 i called your head office number *** option 9 and told them that i will like the couches i took from you repossessed as i am unable to pay for them anymore, i was told to dial again & choose option 3, which i did. The person I spoke to said that they can't assist me as the account has been handed over to Blake & Associates & that i should contact them so that they can repossess the couches. She gave me their number ***I called Blake & spoke to Nomthandazo who stated that they only deal with payment arrangements, they don't do repossessions & that i should contact the store i took the couches from.I then called Bradlows Bluff & spoke to Thembi who took my number and said that she was going to call me back & never did. Today 04.03.2021, i called your Bluff store again & Thembi said she couldn't find my number hence she didn't call back, she then told me that the store can't repossess the couches.I called your head office again (Thembi confirmed the number ***) & they stated that they can't repossess the couches as the account is not with them anymore & that i should again contact Blake, which i did again & spoke to Chantal who reiterated what her colleague had stated on 02.03.2021, that they don't do repossessions. I need these couches collected ASAP as i cannot have the debt growing even further, as it stands i can't even afford to pay the current debt. Account number ***)
