Furniture bought but customer still hasn't received the delivery

05 January 2018 Sales Person: ********** 9 Pradeep Jaikajaran Product Code: ********** 5004 Quantity=1 Distribution of goods: Zanzibar 4 Piece Lounge Suite Price: R17000 and delivery fee

On the 05th of January, I visited bradlows furniture in Southgate Mall and bought a Zanzibar 4 Piece Lounge Suite for cash and even payed for the delivery, I was advise by the sales consultant that i should expect delivery on the 8th Jan 2018, to date no delivery has been received.This is worst service every received and I want my cash back... this is the most pathetic service ever received.
