Furious Customer

Bradlows in pretoria central need to checked,i dnt think they know what they are doing especially the lady by name of patricia,i was supposed to get my refund,she told me to bring my bank statement,which i did on the 29/01/2024,she then told me to wait fr 7 to 14 days,its more than 14 days nw,she shifted the blame to someone else,so as to delay this process,i am furious,i do nt want to go to that store bcz if i do,only god knows what i will do or say to that woman,i feel like she doesnt take customers serious
