Frustrated with Morkels:JDG. More Talk No Action!!

Morkels is quite efficient in taking your calls and agreeing to what ever request you have but they suck when it comes to delivery of their promises. Morkels did a double deduction in December after they called me and asked if they could deduct earlier than their debit order date. I call them Mid February and asked them not to debit me at the end of February because they double deducted in December and they agreed. But they debited me even though I had requested them not to. I called them and they said I must send through my bank statement and then I will get my refund within 7 Days. 8 Days later I still do not have the money and they not giving me answers as to what is delaying the refund or when I can expect the money.<br> <br> I am really ****ed off because they make promises that they can't keep. It seems as if its a mission to get them to capture things on their system effectively.
