Frustrated customer

I'm disappointed with Bradlows, my debt was over settled by Nedbank, yet they are refusing to refund the balance due to me. I have tried countless times to contact customer service but they never answer the phones. I also tried sending countless private messages on Facebook, I keep getting assurance that my complaint has been escalated and a consultant will get back to me. They lack customer service ☹️
