Frustrated Client Bradlows

I've never been so frustrated with Bradlows and their outsourced repair company. I bought a Florida 3 PC's lounge suite and was collected for repair on the 11.03.2020 till this day I still haven't received my furniture. I've been thrown from Pillar to Post and no success. I have begged enough for my furniture that I paid for. Please help.
