Fridge not delivered since November 2017

Pathetic. I claimed for a fridge replacement Oct 2017. Till today I have not received my fridge. I am so disappointed and depressed as my son was sick 2 days ago and I had no fridge to place the antibiotics. That was my breaking point, I wanted to die. I have received excuses upon excuses with no regard to be pro active and get sign off on the paperwork where and when required. I am now told today the stock code must be amended on the claim as they do not have stock of that fridges and then head office needs to sign off. I have bought no groceries for 3 months now and my son goes to crèche He cannot take much food because I have no fridge to store everything.
