Fridge bought cash and agreement not fulfilled

I bought a fridge on wednesday and I pleaded with the retailer that I need the fridge urgently but they have not delivered. I am now with lots of stuff i bought for a function I'm holding during the weekend and my fridge is still not here. I'm not happy as they agreed that by friday I would have received it. I paid cash for the fridge and if they were unable to fulfill the request I could have gone to other retailers.
