<p>good day am so upset.i opened an account with Morkels in April requested them to debit in my bank account every month well that has been taking place however this morning when i opened my statement which i recieve via mail i noticed thta i have two insurances which have been added without my consend...called them and requested them to cancel it and i got the shock of my life...i was advised by a very RUDE lady by the name of Phumzile Kubeka that its compulsery to take an nsurance with them,insurance that i didnt ask for and dont need.Its two insurances added on my account which is worth R208.00 every month,this is unfair that money could buy a new pair of shoes for my daugther.please help am upset for dayssssssss,want this insurance to be cancelled and i want my money bac****</p>
