***** and bad service

Good day, Im writing for my boyfriend, he tried to open an account by Bradlows Oudtshoorn, the consultant which helped him **** to him the whole time and took stuff out on my boyfriends name, one of the staff members called him telling him he owes Bradlows and he said NO it cant be the consultant who helped him told him he does not qualify, the next call he got was again from Bradlows asking him to came into the office we went, the Manger than explained it is ***** and he needs to make a police statement so that it can go to the Head Office , its currently 2-3 months were Bradlows is deducting money and we have to revise the money back since ita *****, when he went back the staff has the same to say they are looking into it, yet today they said Sorry we cant do anything, this is not fair towards us, we never recieved any item and we thought we could trust the manager by taking care of this issue but I guess not. I dont know what we should do now, since ita ***** and Bradlows is just taking money without our contest.

Kindly Understand in what sisutation we in. We need this issue sorted out and his name must be cleaned.
