Forced to take retrenchment policy.

I bought a lounge suite and is forced to take retrenchment policy. I was told the consumer act require this, but is not true. My wife bought the item and I'm paying for it. I'm self employed and can't be retrenched. I think it's unfair to charge your client for something he do not want. I signed the contract and will be responsible for the repayments even if my wife is retrenched. It's just another way the JD Group want to make money from there clients.
