Good day last around march i bought (Magnum Lounge suite worth R19 000.00 leather, 3 seater , 2 seater and 1 seater) this year around march it start crack on the 3 saeter one and because of lock down I couldnt call the shop and i spoke to the store manager on the 01/05/2020 I told him the situation he said to me he will call the complains dept to come and have a look at them and he said he will call me back but he didnt call me back, now it 03/07/2020 I asked him again he said the compalins dept will call me on monday 06/07/2020.
