Fong kong products

Last year in Aug I opened an account with Bradlows for kitchen built ins and for the stove.few weeks later it was fitted I was satisfied but it was already been done,within few months upon using the oven there was a smell coming out in between the stove top part and oven,we thought maybe its because its new,as we keep using it we actual noticed that the smell was the timber of the countertop of the cupboard now we can't use the oven because the heat of it burns the countertop,their contractor should have installed something to protect the heat not to affect the countertop since its timber or use the granite especial where the stove is but they didn't, I layed the complain with Bradlows about this no feedback early in July .I have called them even the branch where i bought it,i only received the call once and I was told that I will be called back but nothing.i guess by the time the account is paid up I will no longer have built ins.one will think that a store like Bradlows you will get quality but no its actual worse than other store.
