Faulty Product

I recently bought a 3 Piece Sienna Bedroom Suite - 2 years within having the product - the headboard leather/material has already cracked - from my view i think the product is faulty not of the best quality . I try to log a complain but not been helped . Ticket ***.

Can you Please look into this matter
