Faulty Lounge Suite

I bought sofas (Senegal 3 Pce Lounge Suite) from Bradlows Polokwane (Landros Mare Street) in June 2018 for R38000 plus handling fee of R550. The total that I paid was R38549.95. In January they started tearing at the back, loosing shape & swelling up. I lodged a complaint with the store & they collected the Lounge suite for repairs. in March 2021, they returned the 2 seater without any work being done. I returned them back and to date I haven't had any feedback. The manager (Morne) has advised that the Sofas are with the supplier & the supplier said they are beyond repairs. There's no other solution that they are offering me. At this point I don't have the Sofas, having paid the money I paid. This is unacceptable.
