Faulty lounge suite

I bought a Houston Lounge suite from Bradlows in Boksburg in December 2018 and it was faulty ,it got partially exchanged with another faulty lounge suite and is i'm now stuck with a lounge suite that is literally falling apart when we u sit on it ,i have been promised every month for the past 4 months that they will exchange it,but nothing happens ,i wish they would fetch your **** and just refund me the money that is owed to me.
