Faulty laptop from Bradlows

Bradlows Jabulani gives me nightmares. They sold me a faulty laptop which they attempted to fix without any success. This inconveniences me a great deal because I'm a student who needs a laptop for my studies. They told me I should top up the money in order to get a new laptop and I cannot afford that now that I am a student.
