Faulty Furniture

Kindly assist urgently. I have bought furniture at Bradlows Southgate which took a long time to be delivered and eventually when it was delivered it was damaged and the store acknowledged that and promised to deliver a new one from the Warehouse. We lodged a complaint with the warehouse and they promised to deliver up to this day there is nothing when we call them nobody answers the phone. I contacted the stores they seem to be not interested in as they always promised to call the warehouse however nothing has been done or i always get the answer that they have sent emails. There is nothing further they can do
