Faulty Fridge

I bought a hisense fridge at Bradlows on 16/09/20 and paid for delivery R550 was told that the fridge will be delivered by Friday 18/09/20. I was told that ppl from the wear house will call for directions and nothing happen. I then called the shop and asked about my fridge and I was told that there was no stock they will find another one in other shops, they eventually got a fridge @Bradlows kwaMnyandu and was asked to pay for delivery since I want the fridge to be delivered and I paid it and was told that it will be refunded after 5 days and it's hasn't been refunded. The fridge that was delivered is making noise and I did Bradlows and they sent ppl from Hisense to come and assess the fridge. They did come on the 26/09/20 since then nobody has bothered to call me with feedback. On the 30/09/20 I called Hisense to find out what was happening I was told to contact Bradlows cos the fridge problem was a factory problem. Till today I'm stuck with a faulty fridge unrefunded delivery fee.
