Faulty dining room suite

I bought a dining room suite at bradlows Silverton branch. They never bothered to deliver it until I complained They finally delivered fault dining room suite now I am sitting with faulty dining room suite. They cannot even assemble the table.The chair have fault.The salesperson came to my house and called the branch manager about the whole problem. She never bothered to apologize nor solve the problem. She did not even bother to assist
