Faulty Assets

On the 13 march 2015 I bought a plasma stand from morkels, and I was told they will deliver after 2 days. Then I got a call that what they have in their stores were not in a good condition so they had to order one from Newcastle and it will take one week. A week later I was told that the stand was damaged, so they had to place an order from the supplier. The stand was delivered on the 31 march covered in plastics. Few days later I have noticed that the stand was faulty, i reported the matter to the manager in morkels, who said will log a complaint. I went there for follow up and i was given a number to contact the warehouse, i did and they promised to attend to the matter. The item was bought in cash, and i don't understand why do i have to deal the warehouse yet i bought this from morkels.
