Faulty and incorrect goods from Bradlows!

Very unhappy with Bradlows,greenacres,Port Elizabeth branch! Purchased an bedroom suit that was faulty on delivery,I complained about it since December and they keep on saying they'll replace it with a new set but everytime I do its either there is no stock or waiting on stock. I also purchased an bed,received the wrong bed I ordered,same story waiting on stock! All they said was keep that one we will replace it with the one ordered still no response! This is unacceptable and I won't tolerate it any further!This is so unprofessional and it was a cash deal!
