Faulty. 6 seater couches

I bought 6 seater couches in November 2023, during black Friday time for cash , when couches arrived they were in very good condition, then after a month December I've realized that the 2 seater couch when you seat on its poking about to tear the top part , then 3 seater one it's been torn and has small patches on it , I did report to the agent that was proceccing this sale and he tried contacting the supplier JD but they are deniying it and says it's our fault but what suprises me it's that how possible is that cause we dont have tools neither the extra material. Can hellow peter help us on the exchange of this couches and we paid for delivery so we can't pay for transport price twice hence this is not our fault
