Fantastic Service - Bradlows Festival Mall

<p>My wife and I went to Bradlows Festival Mall on Saterday, the 8th of April 2017 to look at a new lounge suite for our home.</p> <p> </p> <p>We were warmly welcomed by Jaku, one of the friendly sales persons working for Bradlows Festival Mall.</p> <p> </p> <p>Jaku took us through the store to show us the available stock and we fell in love with the BAZARUTO 4PCE 2ACT CNR LOUNGE SUITE, BROWN. Jaku then escorted us to his desk where we completed the paper work. We stipulated that we would like the set to be delivered after 17:00 on Monday, the 10th of April 2017.</p> <p> </p> <p>On Monday, Jaku contacted me to tell me that there might be an issue with the delivery and that the delivery may only take place the following day. As we have already donated our old lounge set and because my wife is pregnant, I asked Jaku very politely if he can please make a plan because I would like my wife to be comfortable. Jaku said that he will make a plan.. and he did, that very evening on the time we specified Jaku himself and a delivery man pitched up at our home and made the delivery.</p> <p> </p> <p>According to Jaku he was previously a delivery man for Bradlows and he was premoted to sales man, and believe me we can see why, Jaku is friendly and willing to go beyond the call of duty to service his clients.</p> <p> </p> <p>This was the best shopping experience I ever had in my life! Thank you Jaku! Thank you Bradlows! </p>
