False promises

On the 6th June I went to the morkels in Bellville to purchase a Seally bedset that was on promotion with a R500 cash back offer. It was almost closing time but we managed to purchase the bed cash. I enquired about the cash back and how I am never available to travel to bellville thinking I would get my cash back immediately seeing as I owed the store nothing. <br> The sales man Thobile told me all I would have to do is send proof of the delivery note with my banking details on and they would eft the money through to me. He gave me an email dress of where to send the proof as well as his number to call him once I had done this. I have sent him the email with no response and whenever I try calling the number it never goes through. <br> <br> All I'm asking for is my money as I owe the store nothing. <br> <br> Kind regards, <br> Lesego
