False advertising (potentially ***** as well) - Bradlows

I went to Bradlows Alex Mall for a bed. The price stand cash price was R6999 and installments option on display was R390 per month for 30 months (total R11700). Understandably, the difference of R4700 is finance costs, insurance etc. When the agreement was generated, the sales representative quoted me R609 per month for 30 months (total R18270) and stated that the additional difference is finance cost and insurance.

One of two things is happening: 1. Bradlows is involved in false advertising. 2. The sales representative was conducting ********** business.

Please can someone explain this.
