False advertising and poor service!

I bought 2 very pricey beds from Bradlows Randfontein about 3 months ago. Ive been trying call, logging online queries and I've been told to go in the store. I went to the store and I was told to put a request in writing. I'm suck and tired of the run around. They don't even have the decency to respond to my emails. I'm not happy with the products or the service. It's appalling! I still haven't been able to sort this out! Ridiculous!
