False advertising

<p>I am so disgusted in the level of service my family has received at Bradlows Traderoute - Same day delivery??? Not at all! Once the sale is made they do not worry about their consumers!</p> <p> </p> <p>I suggest that your staff go on proper customer service trainning as well as your management as they lack problem solving s****s!</p> <p> </p> <p>We will no longer support your stores and will not advise anybody else to do so due to the level of service received.</p>
