Bradlows Hazyview is selling **** things. My cousin bought a defy stove on the 10 of June. Some of the stove plates never worked, the stove plate surface is not straight and the whole stove is not at the standard of Defy. She reported the matter to Bradlows Hazyview and they told her they will assign a technician, she even received the reference number and the link to track how far is the technician. When we go the link it shows that the request has been cancelled. When she go to Bradlows Hazyview, they keep telling her that she must wait for the technician. Its now almost 6 months and no way has communicated with her. Even when she goes to bradlows Hazyview, they give her run arounds.
