**** couches poor costumer service

Bradlows Pretoria, I bought a couch last year it got torn was still on warranty I called them to come fetch it and they did. The problem is they've had the couch for over 6months now, whenever I call they don't say much except they will get back to me then nothing happens. I've spoken to the sales consultant and manager both no help. Please assist.
