FAILURE TO REFUND

I made a layby at Bradlows Golden accre Cape Town few months ago then I canceled the on the 25 of October layby because of financial reasons I asked when will the refund reflect on my bank account I was told to wait for 7 working days but till today 10 November the payment has not yet reflected and the Manager was very nonchalant about this matter and didnt want to share the information for customer services ....That shop has drained me because I have been going to that store everyday just to be told lies and be disrespected I want my money back today
