Factory Fault Sofas

I bought 3 piece New Berry Lounge Suit worth R30 000 in 2016. Only to find that it was changing a colour. Then I complain they came and fetch it promise me that they will exchange it to a new one they didn't instead they repair it. I was not happy again they came and fetch it again . It came back in a very bad state pins at the back were falling off. I was send from pillar to post the whole of last and I stayed for a long time without sofas until i bought new ones. I call and tell them I want my money back but up to now I didn't get my money. Please help me.
