Extremely rude sales person

Juanita is a very rude sales person, wanted to say sales lady, but one can't call her a lady, more like a street rat, I don't know how she can be in a service enviroment assisting clients when she has no class and a way of speaking to people. You must be available to assist a client even though its 5 minutes before closing time and not become irate for me and my request. The way she handle my request was utterly disgraceful, I do not want to be sent from pillar to post and listen to inhouse politics, I was there as per the request of Zubeida from the gugulethu branch to bring in the receipt for my mom Elizabeth Pietersen.
