Extremely poor service delivery from Bradlows ( JD Group)

I bought a new leather recliner lounge suite during 2020 from Bradlows, it was a peace of junk, paid R 33 399.00 for it. The two seater split in two, the three seater recliner collapse as well as the one seater recliner for months I struggle with Bradlows, the warehouse and JD Group for replacement. It is now 2021 and I am still struggling. After numerous, calls and visits to the shop where I bought it . The customer / client always come second, third and fourth. No Service at all and I am not the only customer complaining.
