Extremely poor service and Refusal of assistance - Bradlows East Rand Mall

I am utterly disappointed and frustrated with the terrible service I received from the Bradlows branch at East Rand Mall. On 6 sep 2025 I visited the store regarding return of my cell phone following the customer care instructions by email that i must take it to the nearest branch,but to my shock, the staff flatly refused to assist me.

Their attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unacceptable they were all not wearing name tag and refuse to give me their names. The lady mentioned that Bradlows o line has a reputation of not resolving matters hence she doesn't want to be involve, she even gave an example of the microwave that has been brought back by one client since April that is still there. As a loyal customer, I expected Bradlows to value my business and honour its commitment to quality service — instead, I was left feeling ignored and disrespected.

I demand an urgent investigation into this matter and a clear resolution. Bradlows’ reputation is built on trust and customer care, but this branch is damaging the brand’s name. If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint to the Consumer Protection Act and other relevant authorities.
