Extremely poor customer service

So not to long ago i purchased a tv from bradlows in bellville. The tv just just went black, i then took the tv back to the store and the sales person assist me and advised that he will book the tv in for repairs. Its been a month and a half, i was told that the tv is booked in and that they waiting on the guys to drop the tv back at the store. I then kept on message the guy and later onwards he confirmed that he **** to me saying that the tv is still with them and was never at the repairs as his apparently waiting on the guys to fetch the tv. I asked him if i ca take the tv myself and he said i must give him time, which i did but still nothing happen he send me a blurry email to say that he escalated the case. But still no solution i informed him thay im not going to leave things like this im going to take this matter further as their service is extremely poor. His words to me was i must do what i need to do, and again still no solution all he comes back is im waiting on the driver. I was faithful to him buy purchasing all my tv at their store, and this is the thank you i get. Please do not go to Bradlows Bellville as their service is poor. Up until today i havent heard anything from ****em he never cane back to me. He should either give me back my money or fix my tv but something needs to be done. Rest assured im done with purchasing anything from Bradlows Bellville.
