Extremely disappointed client regarding your TV Stand

I bought a TV stand mid last year at Bradlows Mayfield square in Daveyton, after couple of months the tv stand came lose at the bottom, i called them to advise, it took them 4 months to send out a handy man, when the handy man got on site he wanted to take away the tv stand and i asked them "Where are we going to put our TV etc?they did not have an answer, i then went to the store again i did not get any joy, instead the employee Makie gave an attitude from hell, since date i have not been assisted i am extremely angry.
