Extremely disappointed

I purchased a lounge suite from your Durban shop on the 21st of December, I was promised it will be delivered latest by the 24th December today is the 29th still nothing.

PS your service sucks big time there's no communication from the store or the sales person unless I call then. I won't be doing any purchases at your shops ever again
