Extra ordinarily great service

<p>I recently bought DVD home entertainment system at Bradlows Cosmo city mall and I'm still blown away by the great and professional service I received. From the beginning I was warmly welcomed by Thami Bhengu who directed me to exactly what I was looking for and he helped me go for the most suitable option!. Unfortunately they only had the last item left of what I was interested in and somebody else had already secured it before me. The branch manager Sibo Mazinyo was efficient in helping lifting up my mood and quickly looked up on the system If any of near by branches have got the item. Kempton Park had it, instead of letting me drive all the way to Kempton Park Sibo sourced it for me and within 2 days the item was available for me to collect it at Cosmo mall branch. I was highly impressed. </p>
