Expensive but lacks proper customer services. Bradlows is a useless shop.

I purchased a king size bed at bradlows and I've been constantly trying to get a hold of them but no answer or either get transferred and don't get through. I used to receive statements during the first 6 months, it's a year and 5 months now and I'm still struggling to get a mere statement from them. I'm pretty much sure that I'm paying to receive statements that I don't.
