EXCHANGE / REFUND

I have been sending emails to Bradlows for a Refund / Exchange but they're not responding.

I bought a bed at Bradlows Cape Town Grand Parade on the 4th of December 2020, the springs are done and the bed makes noise, its uneven.

Not even a way forward from them, I guess they don't care.
