Excessive prices and lack of service

If I can give a zero star to Bradlows I would. I bought a Defy fridge from Bradlows Paarl branch last week, had to wait almost 2 days for delivery and once it was delivered after unboxing it, we noticed that the rubber seal and the door's foam was faulty. I tried to contact my sales person at the Bradlows Paarl Branch and still awaiting feedback on to replace the fridge. I have to pay now three times the price on the fridge because I bought it on credit. How can they not have stock that is showing in their catalog. It has been almost a week of no feedback and nothing gets done, meanwhile I have to sit with a fridge I am paying so much for that is faulty.
