Exceptional Customer Service

I am today out of word with what I can say or do to show my gratitude for the level of profession, understanding and excellent customer services that Pretty from the Durban Branch in Phoenix Plaza. Pretty is truly words unspoken, throughout my frustration with the store and a manager that is rude and gives no damn about customers. Pretty remained pure and willing to assist because she understood my frustration knowing that all that I was complaining about was not my faulty but faulty items I had bought from their store. The manager on the side was throwing his toys off his cot with being frustrated by my complaints. Nevertheless, we are here now and I must say that I am very pleased to have a Pretty sweet lady who speaks so gentle and smiles tenderly to have been the only person that went miles beyond to assist me with all my disputes.

Thank you and thank you and thank you dearly to you Pretty, truly Bradlows needs a lot more people that carry your golden heart. I had lost all hope with Bradlows and Pretty was the one person that restored my faith in the store.
