Excellent Service

I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Gcobisa at Bradlows, East Rand Value Mall.

On Sunday, 07 September 2025, I visited the store at approximately 13:30, after closing time. Despite this, Gcobisa welcomed me with kindness and professionalism. When I explained that I had come in for a credit application, she informed me that the store had officially closed at 13:00. Nevertheless, without hesitation or complaint, she invited me to her desk and assisted me with my application. Working in the customer service industry myself, I am well aware of the challenges that come with long hours, weekends, and the demands of dealing with people. Yet, Gcobisa displayed patience, dedication, and a positive attitude, going above and beyond her duties to ensure I was assisted. We often do not give enough recognition to employees who deliver exceptional service. Gcobisa’s professionalism and commitment are truly commendable, and I would like to sincerely thank her for the outstanding assistance she provided.
