Excellent Service

A year and half ago I purchased a set of leather couches from Morkels Bradlows in Vereeniging. After sometime the leather started fading(loosing colour) from 2 of the couches. Well I thought it's normal, I didn't do anything about it though it bothered me. A month ago I went into the store(Bradlows Merriman str) to check for other couches to buy for my new house. I met the sales person by the name of Albert Miya, the gentlemen patiently showed me different kinds of couches and designs. However we were looking for a specific colour, so we decided that he will check for us and will keep in touch. Somehow we ended up discussing the kind of couches I have in my house, then I told him about the problem I'm experiencing with my couches and I don't know what to do. Albert advised me on the processing of reporting the couches especially if they still under 2 years. He willingly assisted me through the process and made follow up weekly. Also provided feedback. Now my couches are 100% fixed because Albert Miya assisted me. This kind of service deserves recognition and award. Albert is a good example to other sales persons. My wife and I will be visiting the store very soon to purchase our new couches.
